South Central Michigan Works brings together public and private sector groups in Hillsdale, Jackson, and Lenawee Counties to help employers recruit, develop, and keep skilled workers. We also help students and jobseekers build their skills and connect them to quality jobs. Our focus is on ensuring that the South Central Michigan region develops and sustains prosperity based on strong employers with a supply of competent and skilled workers.
