  Betty is currently a Skills Manager at our Jackson Service Center.

  What is you favorite thing about SCMW - When a customer has completed training and landed their dream job. Expressing the fact that if it hadn’t been for help from SCMW that dream would have been out of reach. Just knowing we played a part in them realizing that dream is very rewarding.

  What do you enjoy in your free time - I enjoy baking and sharing those treats with my SCMW family. Time at the cabin up North with my Husband & little Shih Tzu . Decorating and gardening also keep me busy.

  What is an interesting/ fun fact about your self – Worked with the President when she came on board with SCMW working in the Resource Room together. My co-workers might say I have a flare for decorating. I have been known to decorate a few work spaces.

  What is one thing about SCMW that you feel the general public does not know? - That we are more than just the place you come to sign up for unemployment. There are so many opportunities to enhance your employability skills from resume writing workshops to mock interviews to Employers holding interviews on site and they are all free.
