Innovation Awards
South Central Michigan Works! in order to support and nurture a progressive and innovative culture within the South Central Michigan Region and the workforce system, has established innovation awards for both internal “contractors” and external “partners” within the counties of Hillsdale, Jackson, and Lenawee.
Applicants must demonstrate new and innovative processes, activities and/or partnerships based on practice and supported by positive outcomes. The areas may be either new and/or emerging or a new look at an old issue that still brings challenges in the field. Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on the degree to which the innovation demonstrates a positive impact within the workforce, economic and/or education/training domain or through collaborative partnership(s).
