In accordance with Section 118 (c ), of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998, South Central Michigan Works! will submit their modified Comprehensive 5-Year Local Plan for Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth for the Period July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2010, to incorporate provisions that implement the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ARRA (Recovery Act) of 2009, with particular emphasis on the Youth component.
