SCMW utilizes the Request for Proposals (RFP) process as a way to properly, and fairly, procure necessary services or goods.
This request for proposals does not commit South Central Michigan Works! and the Workforce Development Board of South Central Michigan to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of an application to this request, or to procure or contract for services or supplies. South Central Michigan Works! and the Workforce Development Board of South Central Michigan reserve the right to accept or reject any or all applications received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel in part or in its entirety the RFP/RFQ if it is in the best interest of South Central Michigan Works! and the Workforce Development Board to do so. The South Central Michigan Works!/Hillsdale County Intermediate School District contracting officer may require the agencies selected to participate in negotiations and to submit any price, technical, or other revisions of their proposals that may result from negotiations.

South Central Michigan Works! (SCMW!) hereby solicits Request for Quotations (RFQ) for SCMW! Service Center in the City of Adrian, Michigan. SCMW! is in need of an approximately 9,000 sq. ft. (but no less than 8,775 sq. ft.) building (or part of an existing structure) in which to house its Lenawee County Service Center. Building must be ADA compliant. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. (local time) on April 1, 2015. Late proposals will not be accepted.
